Mankato United Soccer Club Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a deduction of 3.5% or $5.00 (whichever is greater) to cover credit card processing fees.

1. Withdrawal During Open Registration

• Players who withdraw during the open registration period will receive a full refund (100%) of their registration fees.

2. Withdrawal After Registration Closes

• Players who withdraw after the registration period has closed, but before teams have been finalized, will receive a partial refund (50%) of their registration fees.

3. Withdrawal After Team Finalization

• Players who withdraw after teams have been finalized are not eligible for a refund (0%) of their registration fees.

4. Exceptions

• Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Committee.
• Valid reasons for exception may include, but are not limited to:
• Injury
• Medical condition
