All Camps at Caswell North Soccer Complex

WEEK 1

June 12 - June 16, 2023

All sessions start with an arriving activity, agility, and speed with and without the ball; we utilize circuit-style training with a topic of the day to ensure players are involved with no downtime and ﬁnish with small-sided games.

FUNDAMENTAL STAGE (Rec and Blue-level Players)

For players who are just starting the game or need more time to master the game's fundamental skills. We focus on letting each youngster spend a lot of time on the ball and build confidence, creativity, and a lot of fun decision-making activities.

U6-U8 Boys/Girls 9-10 am - $90

FOUNDATION STAGE (Black-level Players)

We focus on mastering the basic skills under pressure and speed to allow players to build ball confidence and become better players on and off the ball.

GOALKEEPERS TRAINING

Abu Sulemana, a former GK with the Ghanaian national team, and an ex-professional GK, will lead the training session. Specialized goalkeeper training is undoubtedly helpful in the foundation stage of development. The camp will focus on four critical aspects of goalkeeper development (Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psychological), working on some crucial technical skills for goalkeepers like ball handling, diving, shot-stopping, dealing with crosses, etc., Tactical work such as covering angles, start the attack, etc.

WEEK 2

June 19 - June 23, 2023

Development stage (U13-U19 all levels)

Working on how, where, and when to use the skills under a lot of pressure and tight spaces using a related small side of games. A fun, challenging, and competitive atmosphere.

WEEK 3

June 26 -June 30, 2023

Youngsters Elite Camp

Every youngster who wants to take their game to the next level is willing to handle hard work on simple to complex soccer skills. The prime focus of this camp is player development through high-intensity drills and small-sided games. With many 1vs1 moves, shooting, and defending, as well as an introduction to the performance wheel for a soccer player.

High School/College Prep Camps

July 17-July 21, 2023

Preparing soccer players for high school and college pre-season training camps. Focusing not just technically but tactically, physically, and psychologically. This 2-hour session intensely focused on skills with and off the ball in the four moments of the game (with the ball, transition into defending, defending, transition into attack) and position-specific training, including goalkeeper training.
